This day trip covers four of the best-known spots off the coast of Krabi, travelling by longtail boat or speedboat depending on the option you choose. The route takes you from Railay Beach to Phra Nang Cave Beach, home to the Sea Goddess Shrine, before continuing to Talay Waek, the sandbar that appears between Tup Island and Chicken Island at low tide and lets you walk across open water on either side.

Chicken Island gets its name from a rock formation that resembles a chicken's head, and the surrounding water is a good spot for photos and a swim. From there, the boat heads to a snorkeling area where you can see coral reefs and reef fish before landing on Poda Island for a picnic lunch on the beach. The day includes hotel pickup from the Ao Nang area, with return transfer included at the end.

Both boat options follow the same route, so the choice comes down to how you'd rather travel between islands: a speedboat covers the distance faster, while a longtail boat gives a slower, more traditional way of getting around this stretch of the Andaman coast.

The day starts with hotel pickup from the Ao Nang area, followed by a stop at a private pier for coffee before boarding your boat, either a speedboat or a traditional longtail depending on the ticket booked. From there, the boat continues to Talay Waek, where a narrow sandbar connects Tup Island and Chicken Island, letting you walk between two stretches of open sea at low tide.
