About this experience
The F1 Exhibition makes its Asian debut at Gardens by the Bay, Singapore, bringing a globally acclaimed showcase of Formula 1 history to the city for a limited season. Spread across seven themed rooms, the exhibition traces more than 75 years of the sport through iconic cars, rare artefacts and interactive technology, giving you a close-up look at machines like the 2011 title-winning Red Bull RB7 and the 2003 BAR Honda 005.
Beyond the cars, you'll find over 25 race suits, more than 50 helmets and upwards of 100 exclusive interviews woven through the displays, alongside hands-on installations that break down the engineering behind modern F1 cars. Racing simulators let you get behind the wheel, and if you want to push further, an add-on Fastest Lap Simulator ticket puts you in a cockpit built to replicate a real driver's seating position as you set your own lap time around Marina Bay Circuit.
The exhibition sits within Gardens by the Bay, next to Satay by the Bay and a short walk from Gardens by the Bay MRT Station. A companion app offers an audio tour of the space, so it's worth bringing your own headphones before you go in.
What to expect
Your visit begins as you enter the first of seven themed rooms, each one building on the last to tell the story of Formula 1 from its earliest days to its most recent championship battles. Expect to move at your own pace past real race cars, cockpits, race suits and helmets, with interactive screens and technical displays explaining the engineering that goes into building an F1 car. Archive interviews and rare artefacts are placed throughout, giving context to the cars and drivers on show.
Toward the end of the route, hands-on racing simulators let you try your hand at driving, and if you've added the Fastest Lap Simulator ticket, you'll step into a cockpit designed to mirror the seating position of a real F1 driver before setting a timed lap around Marina Bay Circuit. The exhibition closes with a cinematic light-and-sound finale at the Pit Wall, bringing the journey through F1's history to a close before you exit back into Gardens by the Bay.
