This ticket provides a one-way VIP service for two people, for either arrival or departure. A Guest Relations Officer will meet you and escort you via buggy to the exclusive JetQuay CIP Terminal for private immigration. You can then relax in the lounge while all formalities, including baggage handling, are taken care of.

Practical info
This service is for two people and is valid on the date you book for a maximum of 75 minutes. Children over 24 months of age count as one passenger; infants below this age can accompany you for free. The service is available 24 hours a day.
How to redeem
Your ticket will be delivered as a QR code. At the airport, look for the JetQuay signage or listen for a paging board announcement to connect with your Guest Relations Officer.
Important notes
- A 15% surcharge applies for flights scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, and on the eve of or on public holidays.
- The buggy service is not available in Terminal 4.
- Departure through the CIP Terminal is not available for flights with Low-Cost Carriers or US Carriers.
- Priority clearance is subject to the final approval of the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore.

This ticket is refundable up to a cut-off of 3 hours before the visit. If you cancel before this cut-off, you will receive a 100% refund. After the cut-off, the ticket becomes non-refundable. This means that if your plans change, you must notify us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing your payment. Please note that this policy applies specifically to the One-Way Quayside Service for 2 Pax ticket type.
