This is an open-dated ticket, valid for a single entry on any day the galleries are open. The galleries are open from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 18:00, with last admission at 17:30. The galleries are closed on Mondays.

- This ticket is for tourists only. Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and children aged 6 and under enter for free.
- A valid ID is required for verification at the entrance.
