How to redeem
You will receive a QR code to confirm your booking. At the airport, please listen for paging announcements and look for signage with your name to meet your representative.

- This service is not available for departures on Low-Cost Carriers or US Carriers. Please check with the operator for specific airline restrictions.
- Surcharges apply for services booked on the day of travel, for flights scheduled between 22:00 and 07:00, and during peak periods or on public holidays.
