How to redeem
Present your PDF voucher at the ticket pick-up location on the 1st Floor, 189, Misari-ro, Seorak-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do. Ticket collection is available from 11:00, but you must enter the zoo by the last admission time of 15:00.
