About this ticket
With this pass, you get unlimited travel on local and limited express trains for four consecutive days in the Sapporo-Noboribetsu area. After booking, you'll receive a physical Exchange Order by post to your home address. Once in Japan, you'll need to swap this order for your actual JR Pass at an official exchange office before you can start travelling.

Practical info
This pass is valid for four consecutive days from first use. When booking, the date you select is your intended departure date for Japan. You have 90 days from purchase to exchange your mailed voucher for the actual pass in Japan, and the pass must be activated within 30 days of this exchange. Adult tickets are for ages 13 and over; child tickets are for ages 4–12.
How to redeem
The supplier sends a physical Exchange Order to your home address via courier; this is not a mobile or printable ticket. Once you arrive in Japan, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at a designated JR Exchange Office, found in airports and main train stations, to receive your actual JR Pass.
Important notes
- This pass is non-refundable once booked.
- The pass is only valid for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa stamp. You may not get this stamp if you use an automated entry gate, so please use a manned gate.
- The name and country of residence provided at booking must exactly match what is shown on your passport.
- Booking at least 14 days before your departure to Japan is recommended to allow for shipping of the Exchange Order.
