What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund up to two hours before the scheduled visit. If you cancel within two hours of the tour, the ticket is non-refundable. This applies to all ticket types, including those for foreigners and Thai residents. Therefore, if your plans change, ensure to notify us at least two hours in advance to receive a full refund. After the cut-off time, no refunds will be issued.

However, tips and any personal expenses are not covered. Depending on the ticket type, you may also have a guide who speaks either English or Chinese. How is the ticket delivered and used?

Tickets are delivered as a QR code, which can be presented either on a mobile device or as a printed voucher for verification. You must book for a specific date and timeslot, and the booking should be made at least 15 hours in advance. On the day of the tour, you will need to meet at your accommodation for the pick-up. Make sure to have your QR code ready for the guide to verify your booking.

Who is this tour suitable for?
