Pre-reserved entry is included, so you pass the ticket queues, though security screening can still take up to 20 minutes in peak season. Once the guided portion ends, your ticket lets you stay on in the museum, but bear in mind that once you have left the wings and are back under the pyramid you cannot go back into the rooms.
