The ticket is valid only for the date and time slot you select, and must be booked at least 9 hours ahead. Arrive 10 minutes before your slot; at busy times entry can run late and you may have to wait for the next tour to start. Age bands are Adult 16+, Child 5–15 and Student; infants and children aged 0–4 go free and don't need an online ticket, but you should collect a complimentary admission ticket for them at the venue. The guided portion lasts one hour, with additional free exploration time afterwards.
