About this ticket
Your pass provides five consecutive days of unlimited travel on specified routes, including non-reserved seats on the Sanyo Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hiroshima. You will also get access to select JR West buses and the JR West Miyajima Ferry. This pass is for Ordinary Car travel.

Practical info
This pass is valid for five consecutive days from your chosen activation date. The Exchange Order you receive must be swapped for the physical pass in Japan within 90 days of issue; the pass must then be activated within 30 days of exchange. Age categories are: Adult (13+), Child (4–12). Up to two children (1–5) may travel free per paying adult, provided they do not occupy a seat.
How to redeem
You will receive a physical Exchange Order delivered to your postal address by courier. This is not your travel pass. To receive your pass, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at an official JR Exchange Office in Japan.
Important notes
- This pass is only valid for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' stamp. Do not use automated gates at immigration to ensure you receive this stamp.
- Japanese nationals with permanent residence in Japan are not eligible.
- You must purchase this pass before you travel to Japan.
- The name entered during booking must exactly match your passport.
- This pass is non-refundable once booked.
