About this ticket
This pass gives you unlimited rides on JR West services in the Kansai WIDE area for five consecutive days from first use, including non-reserved seats on the covered Sanyo Shinkansen sections. You book a specific start date, then exchange your e-voucher and passport for the physical pass at a JR West station before you travel. Seat reservations can be made free of charge at a green ticket-vending machine or a station ticket office, and on some busy journeys a (free) reservation may be required.

Practical info
The pass is valid for 5 consecutive days once first used, and you choose a specific date at booking rather than a time slot. Adult passes cover ages 12 and over; child passes cover ages 6 to 11. Only one e-ticket per passport may be exchanged at a time, and one person may not buy or exchange more than one of the same pass for the same use period.
How to redeem
Your e-ticket is sent by the supplier in a separate email after booking; that email also confirms the exact entry time, so you will not see a time on this page before paying. Take the e-ticket, printed or on your phone, plus your passport to a JR West station and exchange it for the physical pass. There are no exchange offices in the Kanto area, including Tokyo, so plan to collect it in the Kansai region.
Important notes
- Valid only for holders of a non-Japanese passport with a Temporary Visitor visa; foreign residents in Japan are not eligible and misuse is fined
- Passport required at exchange and when travelling
- The 2D barcode e-ticket is non-refundable for any reason; after exchange, an unused physical pass can be partially refunded at a JR West Midori no Madoguchi ticket office with a 10% handling fee, not through us
- Valid only for the person named on the pass; it cannot be shared
- No refunds for lost or stolen passes
- Baggage totalling more than 160 cm but under 250 cm across three sides on the Sanyo Shinkansen requires a seat reservation or a separate Unlimited Ride Oversized Baggage Ticket, otherwise a charge applies
- Luggage space can be limited on busy trains
