Cruises depart every 30 minutes between 11:00 and 21:00, and more frequently during peak hours.

Your ticket is open-dated and valid for 90 days from your booking date. Cruises operate from 11:00 to 21:00. The adult ticket is for ages 13 and over; the child ticket is for ages 6–12. The meeting point is the Tazaemonbashi Boat Terminal.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code. Present this code at the ticket office on the 1st floor of the Don Quijote Tombori store to receive a physical boarding ticket for the next available cruise.
