About this experience

Perched on the 48th floor of Wyndham Suites KLCC, WynSnow is Kuala Lumpur's first indoor real-snow attraction, spread across 24,500 square feet on two levels. Step out of the elevator and a 3D snowfall effect greets you before you even reach the entrance, setting the tone for a snow-filled experience that feels far removed from the tropical heat outside.

Inside, you can walk on real snow, build snowmen, and take on a steep, winding slide that connects the upper and lower levels. There's a section styled like an icy outdoor landscape, complete with the illusion of cracked glacial ice underfoot, plus a compact bumper car zone for an extra bit of fun. A life-size snow globe and frosted viewing points give you a different angle on the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including views toward the Petronas Twin Towers.

This indoor snow park works well as a self-contained few hours out, whether you're travelling with family, as a couple, or in a group. WynSnow also offers private event options if you're after a more exclusive session in the snow.

What to expect

Your visit starts with a 3D snowfall effect as you exit the elevator on the 48th floor, an immediate sign you've left the tropical climate behind. From there, you move through the two-level winter wonderland, where real snow covers the ground and you're free to build snowmen, make snow angels, or throw snowballs using the shovels and buckets provided.

The main draw for many is the steep, winding slide linking the two levels, along with the outdoor-style section featuring a simulated cracked ice floor underfoot. You'll also find a compact bumper car zone, a life-size snow globe for photos, and frosted viewing spots looking out over the Kuala Lumpur skyline toward the Petronas Twin Towers. The pace is largely self-directed, so how long you spend in each zone is up to you.

Things to note

  • Wear layers, even a light jacket, since the indoor temperature is kept cold to maintain real snow
  • Shoe covers meeting WynSnow's safety standards are required for everyone entering the snow area
  • Outside food and drinks aren't allowed inside WynSnow
  • Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited throughout the venue
  • Located on the 48th floor of Wyndham Suites KLCC, so allow time for elevator access on arrival
  • Bring a change of dry socks if you plan to spend a longer stretch of time in the snow zone
