This ticket is valid for a specific date and time slot. Sengan-en is open from 9:00 to 17:00, and the Residence is open from 9:30 to 16:50. Adult tickets are for ages 15 and over; student tickets are for elementary, junior, and high school students.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher after booking. Please present this voucher at the entrance on the day of your visit.
Important notes
- The main building of the Shoko Shuseikan museum is currently closed for construction; the annex remains open.
- The attraction is closed on the first Sunday of March each year for the Kagoshima Marathon.
- Access to the Residence may be restricted or altered during maintenance, stormy weather, or periods of high visitor numbers.
- Pets are not permitted, with the exception of guide and service dogs.
- This ticket is fully refundable if cancelled at least 1 hour before your booked visit time.
