Practical info
This ticket is for one person. An adult ticket is for visitors 122cm and taller, a child ticket is for visitors between 111cm and 121cm, and children under 110cm enter for free. A senior ticket is also available for guests aged 60 and over. The park is open daily from 11:00 to 17:00.
How to redeem
You will receive a QR code which serves as your voucher. At the venue, go to the ticketing counter and present the code on your phone or on a printout to exchange it for a wristband. Please allow up to 30 minutes for this process during busy times.
Important notes
- Please note: The Lazy River, Ropes Course, Climbing Wall, and Flow Rider are temporarily closed.
- For same-day bookings, please book at least 30 minutes before you plan to redeem your voucher.
- This ticket is not valid for entry during private events.
- Park capacity is limited to 600 visitors per day.
