This ticket is valid for a single entry on your selected date. The park is open 10:00–16:00 from 6 November to 9 April, and 09:00–17:00 from 15 April to 5 November. The park is closed from 10–14 April.
How to redeem
To collect your physical park ticket, present your PDF voucher at the ticket counter at K's Garden Front (K'sガーデンフロント). You can do this any time during park opening hours.
Important notes
- Once booked, this ticket is non-refundable.
- For the separate horse riding activity, participants must weigh less than 100 kg. Children under 90 cm tall must ride with a guardian.
- Please only feed the animals with food purchased inside the park.
- For the horses' safety, please avoid making loud noises or sudden movements when near them.
