After purchase, you will receive a physical Exchange Order by courier, which you must swap for the actual travel pass at an official exchange office in Japan before you can use the trains.

Practical info
This pass is valid for 4 consecutive days from activation. The Exchange Order you receive is valid for 90 days from its issue date; once swapped for the physical pass in Japan, you have 30 days to activate it. An adult ticket is for ages 13 and over; a child ticket for ages 4–12. Up to two children aged 1–5 may travel free per adult, provided they do not occupy a seat.
How to redeem
You will receive a physical Exchange Order by courier to your specified address; this is not your travel pass. In Japan, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at a designated JR Exchange Office to receive your actual JR Hokkaido Sapporo-Furano Area Pass.

- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- This pass is only available to non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' entry status.
- The name entered at booking must exactly match your passport.
- Please book at least two weeks before your planned departure to Japan to allow time for delivery.
