Practical info
This open-dated ticket is valid for exchange for 90 days from the date of purchase. The Kansai-Hiroshima Area Pass is valid for five consecutive days from the day you redeem the physical pass. This ticket is for passengers aged 12 and older.
How to redeem
You will receive a PDF voucher with a QR code. To redeem your physical pass, go to a green ticket-vending machine in the designated area and scan the QR code from your voucher and your non-Japanese passport. To reserve seats, use your redeemed physical pass at the same machines before you board the train.

- This pass is only available to non-Japanese passport holders with 'Temporary Visitor' entry status in Japan.
