About this ticket
This pass is for foreign visitors and provides 5 consecutive days of travel. An Exchange Order will be posted to you, which you must swap for the physical pass at a designated office in Japan. Once activated, you can take unlimited rides on included services, such as the Sanyo Shinkansen and the JR West Miyajima Ferry.

Practical info
The date you select when booking is your intended date of departure for Japan. The pass is valid for 5 consecutive days from the activation date you choose in Japan. Adult tickets are for ages 13 and over; child tickets are for ages 4–12.
How to redeem
After booking, an Exchange Order will be delivered to your address by courier. In Japan, you must present this Exchange Order and your passport at an official exchange office to receive your physical pass. You cannot use your booking confirmation to redeem the pass.
Important notes
- This pass is non-refundable once booked.
- Valid only for non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' stamp. This stamp must be obtained from an immigration officer and is not issued at automated gates.
- Your Exchange Order must be swapped for the physical pass within 90 days of its issue date.
- The name entered during booking must exactly match your passport.
