Your ticket is booked for a specific date and is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. The park is open from 10:00 to 18:00, Wednesday to Monday, and is closed on Tuesdays, except on Malaysian public holidays. Adult, child, and senior tickets are available.
How to redeem
You will receive a mobile ticket with a QR code. For entry, please use the SkyAvenue Gateway entrance at Level G of SkyAvenue (near Jom Makan) and scan your code at the turnstile. The Studio Plaza entrance is reserved for hotel guests.
Important notes
- This ticket is non-refundable once booked.
- Valid only for Malaysian citizens; a physical MyKad must be shown for verification upon entry.
- Purchasing the incorrect ticket type will result in a surcharge at the park.
- The ESD Global Defender and Sid's Rock 'N' Slide rides are temporarily unavailable.
