Receive a physical Exchange Order at your Indonesian address, which you must swap for the actual pass at an official exchange office in Japan. Your pass then allows for seven consecutive days of unlimited travel on designated trains, including the Sanyo Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Hakata, and select JR West ferries and buses.

Practical info
The Exchange Order you receive is valid for 90 days to be swapped for the physical pass in Japan. Once exchanged, you have 30 days to activate the pass, which is then valid for 7 consecutive days of travel. This ticket has options for adults (13+) and children (4–12). Up to two children aged 1–5 can travel free per adult pass holder, provided they do not occupy a seat.
How to redeem
An Exchange Order will be delivered by courier to your address in Indonesia within 3–7 days; this is not your travel pass. In Japan, you must present this Exchange Order along with your passport at an official JR exchange office to receive your physical Sanyo-San in-Northern Kyushu Area Pass.

- For non-Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa stamp only. To ensure you get the stamp, do not use automated immigration gates.
