Opening hours run 10:30–19:00 from 1 March to 2 November, 10:30–17:30 from 3 November to 28 February, and 10:30–18:00 from 26 December to 6 January; last admission is 30 minutes before closing. The ticket is sold for ages 4 to 99. Buses 590, 645 and S54 stop at Piazza Postierla, a short walk from the cathedral.
How to redeem
The supplier sends your ticket in a separate email after booking, and that email also confirms your exact entry time — no time is shown or chosen while you are paying. On the day, take your smartphone voucher to desk 1 or 2 at the ticket office and swap it for a paper ticket, which you then show at the entrance.
