You'll start by choosing your room and ticket tier, which determines how many items you get to destroy during your session. Staff kit you out with protective gear before you step into a space stocked with bottles, electronics, and old furniture, all pulled from junkyards and ready to be taken apart. From there, it's entirely up to you — grab a bat, a crowbar, or whatever's on offer and start smashing.

There's no script to follow and no technique to learn. You move through the room at your own pace, working off stress or simply enjoying the novelty of breaking things without consequence. Sessions are built for one person per room, though each space can hold 3 to 4 people if you're going with a group, and the whole experience wraps up once you've worked through your chosen haul of items.
