If your hotel is outside the service area, you must go to a designated meeting point. Child tickets are for ages 3-7 and under 120 cm tall; children 121 cm and over require an adult ticket. Children under 3 and under 100 cm enter free.

Your ticket will be delivered as a mobile QR code. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and show the QR code to your driver for verification.
