Practical info
This 6-hour tour requires a minimum booking of two adults. Participants must be at least 4 years old; children are aged 4–12. Hotel pick-up is available from the Tanah Rata, Brinchang, and Kea Farm areas only, with departure around 08:00. The operator will email your exact pick-up time by 18:00 the day before your tour.
How to redeem
Your final ticket and confirmed hotel pick-up time will be sent in a separate email from the tour operator. You will need to show this final ticket to your guide, either on a mobile device or as a printout.

- This ticket cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- A minimum age of 4 applies to all participants.
- The tour is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or certain medical conditions (e.g., high blood pressure).
- The route is not accessible for strollers or wheelchairs.
