Practical info
This ticket is valid for a single 5-hour session on your selected date. Infants under 36 months may enter for free but cannot participate in job experiences; bookings for guardians or infants alone are not accepted. All members of your party must be present together for ticket redemption.
How to redeem
After your booking is confirmed (which may take up to 24 hours), you will receive an e-voucher. On your visit date, present this voucher at Counter 9 or 10 between 09:00 and 13:00 to collect your physical tickets. Once all party members are present, you will receive your boarding pass, safety bracelet, and 50 Kidzo.
Important notes
- This ticket is available to non-Korean nationals only.
- All activities inside the park are conducted in Korean.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for the Special Force Training, Sports Flex, and Extreme Climbing zones.
- Children must be accompanied by a guardian. Visitors aged 10 and over may enter independently with proof of ID.
- A fee applies for lost safety bracelets.
- The park is scheduled to be closed on 12 September, 23 November, and 14 December 2026.
- This ticket can be cancelled for a full refund up to 1 hour before your visit.

What to expect

- All activities are conducted in Korean, so it's worth preparing children in advance if they don't speak the language
- Children must be accompanied by a guardian, though those aged 10 and up can enter independently with ID proof
