About this experience

Busan X the Sky sits inside the Haeundae LCT Landmark Tower, the second tallest building in South Korea at 411.6 metres. The observatory floors give you a sweeping outlook over Haeundae Beach, Gwangan Bridge, Marine City and Oryukdo Island, with Tsushima Island visible on clear days. It's one of the highest vantage points in Busan, and the scale of the view is the whole point of a visit here.

The experience starts before you even reach the top. The Sky Cruise elevator uses visual effects to turn the ascent itself into part of the show, building anticipation as you rise through the tower. Once you're up on the observation deck, a transparent glass floor lets you look straight down over the coastline, while large-scale media displays project Busan's cityscape and seascape in motion around you. The SkyX Show adds a performance element, blending real scenery with projected imagery.

Beyond the views, the deck includes a lounge area to relax in, a dedicated photo zone for capturing the skyline, and a souvenir shop if you want to take something home. It's a straightforward, self-paced visit — head up, take in the scenery, explore the different zones at your own speed, and come back down whenever you're ready.

What to expect

Your visit begins at the base of the Haeundae LCT Landmark Tower, where the Sky Cruise elevator carries you up through the building with visual effects designed to make the ride itself feel like part of the attraction. Arriving on the observatory floor, you're met with wide views over Haeundae Beach, Gwangan Bridge and Marine City, along with the transparent glass floor that lets you look directly down over the coastline below.

From there, you can move at your own pace between the different zones: catch the SkyX Show's mix of real scenery and projected media, stop by the photo area to capture the skyline, and browse the souvenir shop before heading back down. Most visitors spend around an hour taking in the views and exploring the observatory's features.
