The park runs 10.00am to 5.00pm with last admission at 3.00pm; your return transfer leaves Dream World at 3.30pm on weekdays and 4.00pm at weekends. Pick-up is from your hotel in the city area only, on a pre-assigned route, and the driver waits 15 minutes before moving on to the next stop. Children measuring 90cm or under enter free; Snow Town and Go-Kart require a height above 155cm.

Your ticket arrives as a QR code. Be ready at your hotel pick-up point in good time and present the QR code to the driver and at the park entrance.
