About this experience
Rising above Asiatique The Riverfront, this Ferris wheel is the largest observation wheel in Bangkok and one of the easiest ways to see the city lit up at night. Each rotation lifts you above the market stalls and warehouses along the Chao Phraya River, giving you a rare angle on Bangkok's skyline that you won't get from street level.

The wheel sits inside Asiatique night market, so a ride here fits naturally into an evening spent browsing stalls, eating Thai street food, or walking along the river promenade. From the top, the market's lights spread out beneath you while the river cuts a dark line through the city — it's a spot locals and visitors both come back to when the sun goes down.

Getting on is straightforward: buy your admission ticket, join the queue, and take your seat in one of the gondolas for a slow loop above the riverfront. It's a self-contained experience that takes little time out of your evening, making it easy to combine with dinner or shopping at Asiatique before or after your ride.
What to expect
Your visit starts at the ticket counter at Asiatique The Riverfront, where you exchange your admission ticket and join the line for the wheel. Once it's your turn, you'll step into an enclosed gondola along with other riders, and the wheel begins its slow rotation up above the market.

As you climb, the view opens up over the stalls and warehouses of Asiatique below, then stretches further to take in the Chao Phraya River and the wider Bangkok skyline. The full ride involves several rotations before you're brought back down to ground level, after which you're free to carry on exploring the night market, its restaurants, and the riverside walkway.
Things to note
- The wheel operates in the afternoon and evening, so plan your visit for late in the day
- Riverside breezes can make it cooler up top, so bring a light layer
- Queues can build up during peak evening hours, so arrive a little earlier if you want a shorter wait
- Wear comfortable shoes if you're planning to explore the wider Asiatique market on foot
- Bring your camera or phone charged, as the top of the ride is a popular photo spot
- Check ticket details at booking, as admission covers the wheel ride only
