This ticket is valid for a single journey on your selected date. The vehicle's maximum capacity is four passengers and two pieces of luggage. For harbour pickups, the driver will wait up to 120 minutes after your boat's arrival. For hotel pickups, please be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the arranged pickup time.
How to redeem
Your ticket is delivered as a mobile QR code. At the harbour, find your driver holding a sign with your name at the exit gate. At your hotel, meet the driver in the lobby. Show your mobile ticket to the driver before starting your journey.
Important notes
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled transfer time.
- If your group exceeds four people or two pieces of luggage, you must book an additional vehicle.
- Surcharges for overtime or for travel outside the specified service areas are payable in cash directly to the driver.
