Lessons run at 11am and 1pm, and you book a specific date and start time, with up to 30 participants per session.

The lesson lasts two hours and runs every day except Christmas Day and New Year's Day, with start times at 11am and 1pm booked for a set date. Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and get kitted out. Maximum 30 participants per lesson. Participants must be at least seven years of age, able to swim 50 metres and comfortable in the water. Bring bathers to wear under your wetsuit, plus sunscreen and a towel.
